Summer Solstice Women’s Wellness Retreat

BRISTOL, RHODE ISLAND

A 3-Day Coastal Reset for Women 50+

June 19-22nd | 3 Nights 4 Days

Set in the charming seaside town of Bristol, Rhode Island, this intimate women’s health retreat is a deeply restorative experience designed for women over 50 who are ready to reconnect with their health, energy, and sense of ease.

INTRODUCTION

Led by a Harvard-trained lifestyle & nutrition specialist, alongside 4 expert guest speakers in women’s health, this retreat blends evidence‑based lifestyle medicine with slow, nourishing experiences that support the body, mind, and nervous system. This is not a retreat about fixing yourself or chasing transformation. It’s about feeling better in your body, supported in your choices, and confident in how you care for yourself—now and in the years ahead.

SUPPORT FOR YOUR BODY AND NERVOUS SYSTEM

  • Thoughtfully prepared plant‑based meals by a private chef that support energy, digestion, and metabolic health.

  • Yoga, walking, and optional kayaking focused on strength, balance, and mobility—never pushing or punishing. All movement is adaptable, with plenty of space to rest and listen to your body.

  • Practical, realistic tools for stress management and nervous system regulation that you can bring home and use in everyday life.

  • Supportive conversations around sleep as a foundation for healing and resilience, plus meaningful social connection with women navigating a similar stage of life. The weekend is held in a mindful, alcohol-free environment that supports clarity, better sleep, overall vitality, and more genuine connection.

What You’ll Experience

This isn’t a typical wellness retreat. It’s designed around how women’s bodies actually change—especially in midlife.

MEET YOUR HOST

Rachael Armenti

Rachael Armenti is a Harvard‑trained lifestyle and nutrition specialist who works with women over 50 who want to feel stronger, more energized, and more at ease in their everyday lives.

Her work blends evidence-based lifestyle medicine with deep respect for lived experience—because real change happens when information meets compassion. After navigating her own midlife health shifts, Rachael recognized that the advice that once worked no longer applied in the same way. Rather than pushing harder or chasing quick fixes, she embraced simple, evidence‑based lifestyle changes that support changing bodies with compassion and realism.

Through retreats and one‑on‑one coaching, Rachael guides women in building sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and connection. Her approach is grounded, supportive, and flexible—focused on helping women understand their bodies and feel confident caring for them long term.
